Our Proposals

We are excited to bring forward proposals for Indurent Park Solihull, a flagship employment destination that will deliver a high-quality, sustainable and modern working environment. The scheme directly responds to the significant strategic shortfall in industrial and logistics space identified in the West Midlands Strategic Employment Sites Study (WMSESS).

Our proposals will provide a range of new employment units, designed with a strong focus on quality and sustainability, while creating jobs, attracting investment, and delivering lasting benefits for both the local community and the wider Midlands region.

Outline Planning Application for Indurent Park Solihull

Indurent will be seeking outline planning permission for up to 980,000 sqft of industrial and logistics space (E(g)(iii)/B2/B8) on land north of Kineton lane. The outline planning application will include parameter plans to set out proposed building zones and heights, as well as areas of landscaping and open space. All matters will be reserved except for access, with access being proposed from Stratford Road and Kineton Lane.

Proposed woodland planting, green corridors and biodiversity areas will sit alongside the retention and enhancement of existing trees and hedgerows. Sustainable drainage features will add ecological value while managing surface water and supporting biodiversity net gain.

The scheme has been designed to maximise connectivity and encourage active travel. The proposed development will deliver enhanced pedestrian and cycle connectivity through the site, alongside public transport, to support a comprehensive sustainable transport offer.

Benefits of Indurent Park Solihull

If approved, the proposals will deliver a wide range of socio-economic benefits for Solihull and the wider West Midlands region. These include:

High-quality, Sustainable employment space

All units will be constructed and delivered to the highest possible design and sustainability standards, targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A certifications for all new units. This approach is underpinned by the Indurent Standard, designed to minimise environmental impact, support operational efficiency, and offer flexible workspaces that meet future needs.

As part of our Indurent Standard, our proposals will include:
